What is Community Supported Agriculture?

daily vegetablesA CSA is an approach which connects local farmers with local consumers. It helps maintain small local farms, encourages land stewardship, and a sense of local community. CSA is a unique model of local agriculture whose roots reach back 30 years to Japan The concept traveled to Europe and was adapted to the U.S. in the mid 1980's. There are now over 1000 CSA farms across the U.S. though relatively few in the northeast.

We’re busy ordering seed for a wide variety of vegetables, dreaming of warmer weather, servicing the tractor etc. Will you join us? Please sign up on the electronic form and let us know as soon as possible.
